Access to and utilization of the MediStore Pro Enterprise platform is restricted strictly to bona fide licensed retail chemists, hospital pharmacies, and authorized pharmaceutical distribution networks holding valid Retail Drug Licenses (Forms 20, 20B, 21, 21B) issued by State Drugs Control Authorities.
Mandatory Registered Pharmacist Supervision:

The software provides automated safeguards, prescription image uploads, and doctor prescriber verification tools. By using the software, the pharmacy operator covenants:
MediStore Pro generates sequential GST invoices compliant with Rule 46 of the CGST Rules, 2017:
Sequential Invoicing
Invoice numbers (e.g. MSP/2026-27/000001) are generated sequentially with concurrency locks. Operators must not tamper with sequence numbers.
Cash Register Responsibility
Cashiers must accurately declare opening float and perform physical cash reconciliation during shift closures. Any cash variance is permanently recorded in the audit trail.
While MediStore Pro is architected for 99.9% uptime, seamless PWA offline-first POS caching, and automated cloud sync, the pharmacy owner maintains primary responsibility for performing routine database backups via the Administration -> Backup Status panel.
Exported Tally XML vouchers should be reviewed by your qualified chartered accountant prior to statutory filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and Income Tax returns.
Either party may terminate software subscriptions upon thirty (30) days notice. Upon termination or account deletion, the data retention protocols detailed under our Account Deletion Policy govern the transition and statutory archival of medical records.
